Located in Northwest Shenzhen, China, our injection molding plastics facility occupies over 300,000 ft², including staff quarters and our four floor manufacturing building. We are ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified, exporting tools and products to USA, Canada, and Europe.

Our attention to detail begins with our first communications, obtaining the appropriate information and details about your project in order to offer you a comprehensive quotation. Once the project starts we will do a secondary, more meticulously evaluation of your design, the DFM or “Design for Manufacturing” stage. At this point we will make any notes about required changes or potential issues with your design, then submit the updated design for your approval.

Once the design is agreed upon we will proceed to schedule the tooling and component ordering, and provide a project timeline spreadsheet. When samples are ready we will submit to you, along with our OQC, for approval before we begin any mass production. Any changes needed we would also perform at this stage.
